About Us
We help schools and community centres in Hong Kong to set up, manage and run their makerspaces by recommending safe, robust and user-friendly equipment with timely local support to maximise effective usage.
– Deliver maker workshops/courses at NGO’s, schools and makerspaces
– Train the trainer (teachers) programs; help set up maker clubs in schools
– Set up maker-spaces and workshop facilities for schools
– Volunteer at Principal Chan’s Free Tutorial World
About the Founder
William Ha received his formal training in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Melbourne, Australia and completed his master’s degree in 1991. He has been working in the field of electronics and communications for over 20 years; including 2 years as Lecturer, Department of Electrical and Communications Engineering, Tsing Yi Technical College.
He is currently developing and offering STEAM and Maker Education related classes using various digital fabrication equipment. He has experience with kids from various backgrounds by participating in homework groups and one-on-one tuition sessions for the under-privileged at local non-profit organizations. For leisure, he enjoys playing the piano and the ocarina, sometimes with kids during breaks.
